Charlier Racing Launches New Web SIte
Midway, PA (March 17, 2009) – Third-generation Charlier Racing driver Daryl Charlier announced today a new look to his website www.Charlier12Racing.com. Starting today, Charlier’s website will showcase a brand-new look and feel for the 2009 racing season. Along with the new website, race fans will soon have a chance to enter an online contest for the chance to win a signed 2009 poster print of Charlier. Details for the contest will be released within the next two weeks.
“I’m excited about launching the new website this afternoon,” said Charlier. “There are a lot of new features to the website – we are adding a new photo gallery, a video section is prepared and will be added as soon as we have some 2009 footage and we have added a new random slide show to the front page, showcasing Charlier Racing in action at several area tracks.”
For the launch of the new web page, Charlier has teamed with site designer and local photographer Oyler Action Photos to offer the signed Poster print.
“We are running the contest from early April until June 1, 2009. This will give everyone an opportunity to go online, check out the new site and sign up for a chance to win the signed poster.
“The site is a great place for fans to read about everything we have going on at the track, as well as getting my thoughts on what happened and what I’m thinking during the week as we prepare the car for the next race. They can check on the site for any appearances we may make as a team, see the race results, check out the photos from recent races, and see where we plan to race each weekend,” said Charlier.
For the 2009 season, Charlier will return to concentrating solely on his UMP-style Modified car, after running both a modified and a crate late model for the past two seasons. Charlier’s primary track will be Pittsburgh’s Pennsylvania Motor Speedway, and he will also travel to follow the 2nd-year UEMS tour.
“I think what Chris Zuver has put together for the UMP-style Modifieds in our region is a phenomenal deal, and I look forward to the very rewarding schedule he has assembled for this season.”
“We are also pleased to be working once again with Paul and Debbie Oyler of Oyler Action Photos for our web site. They are the ones who first gave us an online presence, and we truly enjoy working with them. It is great to be back on-board with them for the new season and the new look to the web site.”
